OUR STORY
LaCoste Meat Market is your hometown, small, family owned, country meat market. We are located in the small railroad town of LaCoste, in Medina County, Texas.
LaCoste Meat Market was built, in its current location, around 1961 by local “Shorty” Koch. In 2010 the business was purchased by the Boehme Family.
LaCoste Meat Market is known for fresh sausage and dried products. Our special recipes have been guarded closely over the years. Our dried products are dried “the old fashioned way, just like grandpa’s.” Our sausage is lightly smoked, with mesquite.
During the South Texas Hunting Season we process deer. We take pride in processing every deer individually. So “TAKE CARE OF YOUR DEER, IT IS THE ONE YOU GET BACK.”
